[ENG] Silence Over Aleppo

Where were you when it happened?

I was at home
I was at my office
my heart was breaking
I shared videos
I shared invitation to ralleys
I shared screams in the world wide web of useless information and cute cats
I felt like I was doing nothing
I was myself, without powers, or rights
I was numb and helpless
I made sure nothing would fill the void
that all the deaths had streched in the universe
I was knitting a pouch for all the pain
Knowing I would hold the needles until the end of my days
Making room for remembrance
Making sure all the eye stitches remained open
and stretched wide in the comforting horror
of something happening far far away
